Possibly the most tender and soft piece of meat you’ll ever have
When we saw this cut, the ‘oooohs’ and that ‘aaahs’ all came out at once.
The delicate pink color and the bones beautifully aligned were what caught our attention.
For dinner – our appreciation and amazement continued. Five minutes under the broiler, another 15 minutes at 220c, and after a short 10 minutes of resting – this turned out to be a spectacular decision.
