Nicaragua PRIMO Espresso
This beautifully bodacious bean is our alternative to the notoriously famous Grandissimo Espresso Blend.
A short story about how we stumbled on this Espresso – one day we were roasting Nicaragua and forgot about it for a few minutes longer than planned. After a few days, with no real expectations, we brewed an Espresso with it and the it tastes awesome! We tried it out in a Hario V60 as a pour-over, and that way was also great. A few more brewing tests and we realized that we actually had a VERY versatile Coffee that could be used across the brewing spectrum.
In-house today, we use it for whenever we need to crank out a batch of Cold Brew – it’s perfect for that too.
This Nicaragua is roasted medium/dark, allowing you to get this coffee’s natural cocoa flavor with a slight hint of caramel.
Like I said above, this Coffee can be used with any Brewing Method because it’s so versatile.
