The milk is left in its natural state, with only rennet, lactic acid cultures and table salt added.
In their ripening cellars, each wheel of Baldauf Alpine cheese receives the care and time it needs to become a mild, aromatic delicacy full of character.
The Baldauf Alpkäsle cheese is only available as a whole disc (piece). Each disc is weighed and priced accordingly. A kilogram costs PLN 130. The unit price is for Alpkäsle cheese weighing 900 g.
