KWAŚNY PIOTREK KWAS FROM RYE BREAD 450ml

A traditional fermented & unpasteurized drink commonly made from rye bread and honey.

Kwas was reported to be consumed in excess by peasants, low-class citizens, and monks – and in the 19th century, the kvass industry was created and less natural versions of the drink became increasingly widespread.

This is produced by the local, family-owned company VitaFit in Wroclaw.
