Black raspberries have unique health and nutritional properties.

This is based primarily on the very high content of anthocyanins. This helps remove free

radicals from the body, thus preventing the degradation of cell membranes, aging processes and

various civilization diseases.

Black raspberry fruit has an anti-cancer effect by limiting the development of prostate or colon cancer.

They also limit the growth of bacteria that cause pneumonia, stomach ulcers or upper respiratory infections.

There is a high content of vitamins C & E, potassium, calcium, magnesium and zinc.

Copper and iron are also found in large amounts of black raspberry, which can help treat anemia.
